OutTrak Food Mobile

OutTrak Mobile Food Management Software is a fully integrated mobile solution to allow you process Orders electronically in the field.We have a system has uses full batch traceability to the GS1 standards. We are a member of the GS1.Our handheld software can allow you to use Routes. This is great if you have new drivers onboard or drivers covering other drivers Areas.OutTrak uses a Dot Matrix Printer to print an Invoice / Delivery Docket or Returns Note at the point of Sale. As this is then sent back to the Head Office electronically there is no need for your drivers to bring any paper back to the office.We can link in the Proof of Deliveries to your accounts Software allowing you to easily access them.OutTrak can allow your Sales Team to use a handheld to send in orders electronically to the office remotely. It will give them their Route for the day and any History for any particular customer.

Dashboard

The Dashboard allows the Office to have full visbility over the workers in the field. the Office can see when an order has changed satus from being open to being delivered within 30 seconds of the delivery. It allows the Office to plan the the Route more efficiently and keep a better control over the orders.the Dashboard conatins a PDF of the Proof of Delivery with the signature on it. these can be mailed straight to the customer and stored away electronically. The stock section in the Dashboard can give the office and store Manager full visibility over all stock movements made by every van. when the van gets back to the yard, the Dashboard allows the Store Manager to print out a full Stock Take of the Van.

Track and Trace

OutTrak are currently a member of the GS1. We have designed our Software around meeting the GS1 standards. The OutTrak Software allows you the scan all products leaving and entering the vans. This allows you to track the stock from when it enters your stores to what shop it has been delivered to. If a product recall is ever needed, the Dashboard allows the office to trace what customers recieved the product, the Qrty and what date.

Barcode Scanning

The Motorola Mc70 handheld allows the OutTrak Software to scan each item into the van and out of the van. this allows the driver to make the delivery quicker and more accurate. when OutTrak scans the barcode it is able to read in the batch number, the expiry date, the Qty and the weight. No driver input is needed.
