The
OutTrak Dashboard allows the office to see the jobs
been done in the field in real time. Once a job status
has changed on the handheld all information is uploaded
to the centre and the Dashboard gets updated.
The
Dashboard is broken down into different tabs. They
are as follows :
- The
Orders Tab - Stock ( Qty in Van, Allocated and Free
Stock )
- The
Drivers Tab
- Routes
Tab
- Batch
Traceability Tab
- Sales
Tab ( for Sales Staff )
- The
Charts Tab
- Reports

The Jobs tab contains all the jobs that are been done.
This can be drilled down by depot or further again
by the truck / Van. Once you have selected a truck
/ Van it will display what driver is in that truck
/ Van, what jobs are completed, Outstanding, non Delivery
or not completed. It shows what stock they have on
board the truck / Van at any given time. You can see
any allocated or free stock. Any payments the driver
has collected will also be displayed. Once a job is
completed on the ODV it contains a signed copy of
the Proof of Delivery in PDF format with customers
signature and batch codes for eahc product.

The drivers tab contains a list of all drivers. It
shows who has logged in and at what time they have
logged in at.

The Routes Tab shows a list of Routes for each Truck
/ Van. Once the driver starts using this on the handheld
it will be updated in the odv in real time. this gives
the office complete visibility over what shop the
driver is attending next on their Route.

The Batch Traceability ( Track and Trace ) Tab allows
the user to quickly search through the database for
all records of a certain product batch code. OutTrak
allows the user to make a complete product recall
in a matter of minutes. It will display a list of
shops who recieved that product making it quick and
easy to allow you to recall the products.

The Sales Tab allows the office staff to keep track
of the Sales Team in the field. Any new customers
they sign up will be sent back to the ODV and also
sent back in PDF format. It allows the Sales Team
to take any orders from new or existing customers.
It also provides a complete customer history for the
Sales Team before they enter the shop to make their
job more efficient.

The Charts tab contains charts made up of different
queries. Examples are - Total jobs per depot, Total
jobs completed per Truck etc...
7.
The Reports Tab has numerous Reports customised for
your business needs.
