OutTrak
Sales allows the Sales Staff to enter an order onto
the handheld by selecting the customer ( it can be
from a Route List ) and then selecting the stock required.
This is then sent back to the office.

The Routes, Customers, History, Promotions, Stock,
Pricing can all be downloaded each morning to the
handheld.
3.
Order History can be used on the handheld - Last Order,
Top 20 Products, Last 3 Orders.

Promotions can be displayed on the handheld. They
can be Daily, Weekly, Monthly, it depends on how often
you set them.

Allow the Sales Staff to Add New Customers, this is
then sent back to the OutTrak Dashboard Viewer in
the office.

Allow the Sales Staff to Add new Prospects to the
handheld. These customers can stay on the handheld
for up to a month, allowing the Sales Staff to either
make the Prospect a Customer or Delete them from the
handheld.
7.
No more PAPERWORK and No more unnecessary PHONE CALLS
from the Sales Staff to the Office.
