OutTrak Fuel Mobile

OutTrak Mobile Fuel Management Software is a fully integrated mobile solution to allow you process Orders electronically in the field.We have a Fully intergated solution to the LC Electronic meter ( TE550 and LC3 ) / DrumFlow electronic Meter and Mechtronic ( EMR 3 ) using our very own iMeterbox.OutTrak can use your price banding in the field. So if the Qty delivered is higher than ordered, we can use the price from the matrix tables. This means that the price is always correct and the driver has no input on the pricing.OutTrak has the capability to allow you to switch orders around to different drivers in your Load Manager and this will be then reflected on the handhelds. We also have a full GPS Vehicle and Stock Tracking system using imeter.

Dashboard

The Dashboard allows the Office to have full visbility over the workers in the field. The Office can see when an order has changed status from being open to being delivered within 30 seconds of the delivery. It allows the Office to plan the the Route more efficiently and keep a better control over the orders.The Dashboard conatins a PDF of the Proof of Delivery with the signature on it. These can be emailed straight to the customer or stored away electronically. The stock section in the Dashboard can give the office full visibility over all stock movements made by every truck. Same Day orders can be pushed to handheld from within the officeusing out latest communications.

Meter Integration / GPS Stock Tracking

OutTrak have developed their own imeterbox ( www.imeterbox.com ) and it enables you have to have a 1 printer solution in the cab of the truck. the imeter allows the driver to pass the docket through the printer once capturing all customer and meter information. The meter then tells the handheld what quantity and what product was delivered making it harder for the driver to go wrong when making the delivery. We can use price banding on the handheld and this will allow you to get the correct pricing at the point of every delivery.

Electronic Signatures / Proof of Deliveries

OutTrak allows the driver to get hte customer signature and print name on the handheld. As we capture all customer and meter information, we can then send this back to Head Office as a PDF and this can be stored away electronically and linked to the accounts program. this make life easier in the office when they need to search for an invoice. they can be emailed electronically ( individual or batch ).
