OutTrak Waste Mobile

OutTrak Mobile Waste Management Software is a fully integrated mobile solution to allow you process Jobs electronically in the field.We have a full application for skip drivers or for Rel drivers. In the skip application we can record each bin ID using the scanner on the handheld. This is then sent straight back to Weighbridge once completed and they know the weight before the vehicles arrive. When the skips are dropped off, the handheld scans in the Bin Id of each skip and this is also sent back to the office and recorded. This makes it easier to track each bin electronically. In the Rel application OutTrak captures the Qty of bins and the weights of each. these are then totalled and sent back to the office system.

Dashboard

The Dashboard allows the Office to have full visbility over the workers in the field. The Office can see when an order has changed status from being open to being completed within 30 seconds of the job being done. It allows the Office to plan the Route more efficiently and keep a better control over the jobs. The Dashboard contains a PDF of the Proof of Delivery with the Customers Signature on it. These can be emailed straight to the customer or stored away electronically. The Dashboard can be divided into 2 sections, 1st for the skip drivers and the 2nd for the Rel drivers.

Skip Metal Barcode Scanning

OutTrak use the barcode scanner on the handheld to scan in each bin when being dropped, exchanged or repositioned. This barcode is metal and is embedded onto each skip giving it a unique ID. Once they are scanned in, they are recorded and sent back to the Dashboard and the Accounts system ( Wims ).

Update Weighbridge Instantly

Everytime a bin is collected the driver scans in the unique bin id of the bin ( this can also be enetered in manually ). This information is then sent back to the Weighbridge so when the vehicle returns to drop off the skip, the manager in the weighbridge just confrims the weight and bin id against the system.
