    Eliminate Paper Work

    All transactions using the OutTrak waste management software are processed electronically on the handheld computer and the customer signs the screen to accept the transaction. The electronic copy of the signed transaction is instantly sent to the OutTrak Dashboard Viewer (ODV) from where it can be viewed, e-mailed or re-printed if requested by the customer. This eliminates the need for the driver to print and/or return copy dockets to the office. End of day activity reports are also sent back to the ODV electronically eliminating the driver paper reports.

    Because the orders are on the handheld, there is no requirement to pre-print dockets for the driver. This means the driver does not have to come into the office to get his orders and can start work before the office opens. The month end process is a lot easier as WIMS is always up to date at the end of the day and it becomes easy to batch process customers statements.

    Eliminate Double Processing

    When the driver records a transaction in OutTrak it is immediately transmitted to the office and made available for import to the financial systems, so there is no need to re-enter any dockets – thus eliminating re-keying errors.

    Reduce Debtor Days

    Once a driver confirms a delivery/collection/swap and the customer signs the handheld screen, the transaction is transmitted instantly to the OutTrak Dashboard and on to the invoicing systems so that the invoice can be raised immediately and sent out same day to the customer. Companies no longer have to wait for returned copy POD’s to release the invoice for processing reducing the lag from sales to cash by days.

    Real - Time Dashboard Visibility

    The OutTrak Dashboard Viewer (ODV) allows companies to track the progress of deliveries in Real-Time providing a powerful management tool for the business. On completion of each delivery through the OutTrak handheld application, the dashboard is updated within 30 seconds and providing immediate access to an electronic copy of the signed POD.

    If a priority same day drop is received, the ODV can be used to see what skips each truck has loaded and their current stock levels, rather than having to ring each driver. This enables the Office to quickly decide which truck to send.
